Antonin Scalia thought it was hilarious. Progressives like the Raucous Rooster crew thought it a flickering light of sanity at an exceedingly bleak time. But many of the inside-the-Beltway audience of movers and shakers at the White House Correspondents Dinner on April 29, 2016 found it insulting. They were unaccustomed to so public and pointed a critique of the Bush White House and the Washington press corps.
